Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate auto estimating for repairs needed
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Repair or replace faulty components, such as brakes, engines, or transmissions.
• provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

• Proven experience as a mechanic with a strong background in automotive repair.
• Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex automotive problems.
• Familiarity with auto estimating processes and dealership operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Reynolds/Ignite a plus
• X-time a plus
