    Responsibilities

    Vehicle Diagnosis and Repair

    • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify issues with vehicles.

    • Execute complex automotive repairs, including engine, transmission, and electrical system overhauls

    Customer Service

    • Cooperate with Service Advisors and communicate to customers to understand and address their concerns.

    • Provide clear explanations of repair issues and recommended solutions.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a professional demeanor.

    Technical Expertise

    •  Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and advancements.

    •  Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to enhance efficiency.

    •  Troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive issues efficiently.

    Quality Assurance

    • Adhere to industry safety standards and regulations.
    • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet our high standards.
    • Document all repair work accurately and maintain organized records.

    Qualifications

    • Technical Proficiency
    • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in an understandable manner.
    • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
