WE'RE HIRING: AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS

Precision Auto Care | Plainfield, IL

Tired of working for a paycheck without building a future?

At Precision Auto Care, we're not just looking for technicians who can fix cars. We're looking for motivated individuals who want to grow, master their craft, and create a future with real financial and personal freedom.

We believe a great shop should do more than provide a job. It should help you build a career, develop valuable skills, and enjoy the life you're working so hard for.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

• Competitive Pay – Get rewarded for your skills, experience, and performance.
• Paid Vacation – Take time off, recharge, and enjoy life outside the shop.
• Weekends OFF – Your weekends belong to you and your family.
• Weekly Technician Training – Continue sharpening your diagnostic, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• A Great Team Culture – Work with people who respect each other, communicate, and genuinely want to see everyone succeed.
• Quarterly Team Activities – We make time to connect, celebrate wins, and have fun outside of work.
• A Real Career Path – Grow beyond turning wrenches and learn the skills needed to become a leader and eventually run a profitable automotive repair shop.

MORE THAN A TECHNICIAN. A FUTURE BUSINESS LEADER.

Most shops teach you how to repair vehicles.

We want to help you learn how to build a future.

Our vision is to create opportunities for technicians to develop from:

Skilled Technician > Master Technician > Shop Leadership > Business Management > Future Shop Operator / Owner

Along the way, you'll have opportunities to develop leadership, communication, financial awareness, operational management, and the business skills necessary to understand what makes an automotive repair shop profitable.

Because we believe your career shouldn't have a ceiling.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for technicians who:

• Take pride in producing high-quality work.
• Have a growth mindset and are eager to learn.
• Value teamwork, honesty, and accountability.
• Want to improve their technical and diagnostic abilities.
• Are motivated to build a successful long-term career.
• Want to be part of a positive, high-performing shop culture.

YOUR SKILLS SHOULD BUILD MORE THAN SOMEONE ELSE'S BUSINESS.

They should build your future, your freedom, and your opportunities.

If you're ready to work somewhere that invests in your growth, respects your personal time, and encourages you to become the best version of yourself, we want to meet you.
