Corwin Ford Reno is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our high-volume service department.

Ford experience is preferred, but it is NOT required.

We are looking for a skilled technician with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs according to Ford factory guidelines and specifications
• Follow Ford service and shop manuals, technical procedures, and repair standards
• Properly diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
• Complete repairs correctly the first time while maintaining a strong focus on quality
• Work efficiently in a high-volume service environment
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other members of the team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Help ensure every customer receives a quality repair and a positive service experience

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Ford experience and certifications are a plus and can increase your earning potential!
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
• Dealership experience is preferred, but not required
• Ford experience or Ford certifications are preferred, not required
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles accurately
• Comfortable using modern diagnostic equipment
• Strong work ethic and attention to repair quality
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
