Delaney Tire & Auto is growing, and we're looking for a skilled B-Level Automotive Technician who wants to work in a professional, team-oriented environment.
We're a locally owned, veteran-owned automotive repair shop with 8 service bays, and we're looking for dependable technicians who take pride in their work.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling system, and general automotive repairs.
- Diagnose common mechanical and electrical concerns.
- Perform alignments and maintenance services as qualified.
- Complete accurate digital vehicle inspections.
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and torque specifications.
- Perform final quality-control checks.
- Communicate repair findings with the Service Manager.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
- Ability to perform most general automotive repairs independently.
- Basic-to-intermediate diagnostic skills.
- Own basic professional automotive tools.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
Competitive Pay — Multiple Options Available
We offer compensation options based on experience and qualifications:
- Flat Rate: Earn based on billed labor hours.
- Hourly: Consistent hourly compensation.
- Hourly + Production Bonus: Additional earning potential for strong performance.
Flat-rate amounts are per flagged hour. Final pay terms depend on the agreed compensation plan.
