- We actually pay you .3hrs for Multi-Point inspections and .2hrs for Video's .That's .5 hours on every vehicle
- We offer a Tiered Flat Rate Bonus. 45 to 49.9 = $1.00 extra per hour retro back to the first hour, 50 to 54.9 = $2.00, 55 to 59.9 = $3.00 and 60 hours and up additional $4.00 per hour.
- We also offer additional $2.00 per hour on internal engine work and electrical diagnostic and repairs, additional $3.00 per hour for transmission repairs and diesel repairs

We buy lunch on Fridays Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of jobs
- Must have PA State and Emissions License
- Must have valid PA Drivers License

Qualifications
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
