We are aggressively hiring Automotive Technicians who know how to diagnose problems, complete quality repairs, and fix vehicles right the first time.

We want ASE-certified technicians, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram or Stellantis-certified technicians, and experienced automotive mechanics with at least five years of professional repair experience.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $26 $55 per flag hour, based on experience, certifications, and production

Compensation is based on flagged repair hours rather than a guaranteed hourly wage for every hour on site.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, braking, steering, suspension, cooling, and drivability concerns

• Perform scheduled maintenance and comprehensive vehicle inspections

• Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information to identify vehicle problems

• Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs according to manufacturer procedures

• Document diagnostic findings, repairs, and additional service recommendations

• Work with service advisors and the parts department to keep repairs moving efficiently

• Verify completed repairs through testing and road tests when appropriate

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Applicants should meet at least ONE of the following:

• Current ASE certification

• Current Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or Stellantis technician certification

• At least five years of professional automotive diagnostic and repair experience

Additional qualifications:

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to accurate repairs and quality workmanship

• Dependability, professionalism, and teamwork

• Ability to follow manufacturer procedures and document work clearly

• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate customer vehicles

Experience with CDJR vehicles, advanced electrical diagnostics, engine repair, transmissions, or Ram diesel systems is especially valuable.
