We are seeking an <\/span>Account Manager<\/b> <\/span>with a strong background in AV integration, technology solutions, or commercial project environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing client relationships, supporting AV -driven projects, and expanding existing accounts.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts within AV and workplace technology projects
<\/p>
· Build and maintain long -term relationships with end users, general contractors, and key stakeholders
<\/p>
· Collaborate with AV design engineers, project managers, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution
<\/p>
· Support the development of AV system solutions, including displays, control systems, conferencing, and collaboration tools
<\/p>
· Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and system recommendations aligned with client needs and budgets
<\/p>
· Manage project timelines, expectations, and communication from kickoff through completion
<\/p>
· Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and proactively address any issues
<\/p>
· Identify opportunities to expand AV scope, upgrades, and additional services within existing accounts
<\/p>
· Track account activity, pipeline updates, and revenue performance
<\/p>
· Stay up to date on AV technologies, including collaboration platforms and integrated systems
<\/p>
· 3–5+ years of experience in:
<\/p>
· Strong understanding of AV systems such as:
<\/p>
· Experience working with integrators, contractors, or corporate clients
<\/p>
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast -paced environment
<\/p>
· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship -building skills
<\/p>
· Detail -oriented with strong organizational and problem -solving abilities
<\/p>
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
<\/p>
· CTS<\/b> <\/span>or other AV certifications are a plus (not required)
