Education 

Minimum of High school or trade school graduate

Needed Certifications: CTS or CTS-I, OSHA

Preferred Certifications: Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Clearone, and Cisco Certifications. 

Looking for a quick learner that is self-motivated!

• Ability to work independently with no supervision 
  
• Strong understanding of construction and job sites
  
• Deep technical knowledge of AV and IT
  
• A valid driver license, with a clean driving record
  
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance 
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Excellent communications skills
  
• Proficiency with Windows and MacOS
  
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more 
  
• Work from ladders or lifts
  
• Occasional after hours and weekend scheduled projects
  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely and Securely mounting equipment such as displays, projectors, cameras, racking equipment, etc.. 
  
• Maintain a safe working environment
  
• Pull low voltage cabling through conduit and other locations
  
• Terminate connectors of various connections
  
• Build, wire, and troubleshoot equipment racks
  
• Work with programmers and QC teams to insure project completion
  
• Mentor Technicians and Jr. Technicians
  
• Keep warehouse area and work stations cleaned and organized 
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
