Join a leading autonomous vehicle company as AV Operations Supervisor, overseeing daily vehicle operations, safety, and team performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Autonomous Vehicle Operators.
• Oversee daily vehicle testing and fleet operations.
• Ensure safety procedures and operational standards are followed.
• Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to operators.
• Coordinate schedules, assignments, and shift reports.
• Assist with software/hardware testing and troubleshooting.
• Work hands-on alongside operators to meet daily goals.

Requirements

• 12+ months of Autonomous Vehicle Operator experience REQUIRED.
• Active AVT permit REQUIRED.
• Excellent driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle testing and operations.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be available for one month of training-related travel.
• Must have a driver license for 3 year without gaps

Available Shifts

Day: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM Night: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

Schedules: Tues–Sat, Sun–Thurs, or Fri–Tues
