Aviation Line Service Technician

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Line Service Technician to service a key client's private fleet.  In this role you will provide exceptional service to our customers including ground service for aircraft of any size.  Aviation experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. 

Job Description:

• Maintain a high standard of customer service with clients
• Marshal aircraft and greet clients
• Fuel aircraft in accordance to best practices and NATA Training
• Mov aircraft in accordance to best practices and NATA Training
• Process fuel orders (including written fuel orders), service requests
• Process rental car and hotel reservations
• Process credit cards
• Clean aircraft interior and exterior
• Ensure the safety and security of facilities and the general aviation sector.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Enjoy providing exceptional customer service
• Effective collaboration with team members
• Ability to be proactive and anticipate customer needs
• Must be physically capable of safely working with and around various equipment while outside in all types of weather, day or night
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass FAA and Homeland Security background checks 
• Ability to comply with Airport Terminal and high security SIDA facilities. 
• Pre-employment drug screening.
