We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Avionics Engineer to support aircraft modification, engineering, and certification-related activities. This individual will work with aircraft electrical and avionics systems, evaluate existing aircraft configurations and installed equipment, and develop technical documentation and engineering instructions supporting aircraft modifications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with aircraft avionics systems, including Autopilot, Communications, Indication, Navigation, Information, and related aircraft electrical systems.
This position requires someone who understands how aircraft systems are configured, how modifications are implemented, and how engineering documentation is developed, revised, and approved. Candidates must be comfortable working with aircraft technical manuals, maintenance documentation, regulatory requirements, and engineering deviations.
Airbus experience is highly preferred.
This is a specialized aviation engineering opportunity, so candidates must have actual aircraft experience. General electrical, mechanical, robotics, PLC, or industrial automation experience alone will not meet the requirements.
