Job Description
- Develop and review electrical schematics and circuit designs for avionics systems.
- Design RF/electrical circuits, including power amplifiers, LNAs, filters, and related interfaces.
- Perform PCB layout, including high-speed PCB design, signal integrity, and power integrity considerations.
- Apply EMI/EMC design practices throughout schematic and PCB development.
- Conduct circuit analysis and simulations using MATLAB, SPICE, ADS, HFSS, or equivalent tools.
- Support design verification, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of electrical/PCB issues.
- Perform and support environmental, RF emissions, RF susceptibility, and lightning testing.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant aerospace and airborne hardware standards, including DO-160 and DO-254.
- Work with test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
- Collaborate with systems, embedded, mechanical, manufacturing, and verification teams.
- Support design reviews, documentation, qualification, and production release activities.

Qualifications
- 5–12 years of experience (maximum 15 years).
- RF Design experience.
- Schematic design and PCB/board layout for airborne electronics or avionics.
- RF/electrical circuit design, including power amplifiers, LNAs, filters, and interfaces.
- EMI/EMC design practices.
- Simulation tools: MATLAB, SPICE, ADS, HFSS, or equivalent.
- Test equipment: Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Oscilloscopes.
- Aerospace standards compliance: DO-160 and DO-254.
- High-speed PCB design, signal integrity, and power integrity.
- Environmental testing, RF emissions, RF susceptibility, and lightning testing.
- Full product lifecycle experience, from concept through qualification.
