AVP/VP, Operations & DocumentationLocation: Remote Northeast
Compensation: $90, 000 $140, 000 base + 10 15% bonus
ABOUT THE ROLESeeking an experienced equipment finance professional to manage documentation, closing, funding, and booking for commercial equipment lease and loan transactions. This role partners with internal Risk, Legal, and Commercial teams, as well as third-party syndication partners and servicers, to ensure accurate documentation and proper collateral perfection.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage transactions from credit approval through documentation, closing, funding, and booking.
- Review lease and loan documentation and ensure proper UCC filings, lien clearance, and title perfection.
- Coordinate closing requirements and outstanding conditions with internal teams and third-party partners.
- Serve as the primary Operations contact for syndication partners.
- Oversee transaction booking, post-closing documentation, and portfolio data accuracy.
- Support tax registrations, customer invoicing, cash applications, and operational projects.
QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of equipment finance, leasing, or documentation operations experience.
- Bachelor s degree preferred/required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial loan and lease documentation, UCC filings, lien searches, and collateral perfection.
- Familiarity with commercial insurance requirements and transaction closing processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;DocuSign and eOriginal experience is a plus.
