As an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. You'll monitor health and safety, respond to individual needs, and provide compassionate, person-centered care. This role is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference while gaining valuable experience in the human services field.Pay & Perks

• $18.00 per hour base pay
• Additional $1.00 per hour for direct care hours worked on awake overnight shifts

Schedule: Typically, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend. Location: Multiple locations in North Mankato, Mankato, and Eagle Lake.What you’ll do

• Keep individuals safe and supported throughout the night.
• Turn your night‑owl habits into meaningful, paid work. • Lend a hand with personal care tasks when required.
• Cheer people on as they pursue what matters to them.
• Help set the stage for a positive start to the day.
• Be a strong voice for those who rely on you.

• Ability to do household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

What do we need from you?

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must hold a valid United States driver's license and pass a driving record check conducted by our insurance carrier unless otherwise noted.
• Must pass the MN Department of Human Services Background Study.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to complete daily direct care such as bathing, toileting, feeding, and changing.
