AWS Tech Lead

AWS Tech Lead needs 3+ years of experience in a lead role by overseeing the development team, delivering with quality, coaching the team with the best practices

AWS Tech Lead requires:

5+ years of designing, and developing utilizing common AWS services like EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, Any RDS, Streaming (Kafka), Messaging(SQS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), Caching(Redis, Ignite, Redshift, elastic), NO-SQL and API Gateway

10+ years of proficiency in at least one language C#, .Net Core, and experience in full-stack development.

10+ years of experience working with RDBMS technologies like MSSQL, Oracle, or any other

5+ years experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of distributed/decoupled systems using messaging platforms

Strong understanding and experience with any Relational/non-relational databases

In-depth understanding of AWSs Well-Architected Frameworks

Possess a thorough understanding of modern work practices such as DevSecOps, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Agile project Delivery, Release Engineering

Highly collaborative with experience in a hands-on technical leadership role

Preferences:

Any AWS certificate is preferred

Experience with confluent/MSK Kafka is preferred

Any RDS specialization is preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong executive presence

Ability to convey technical solutions to the entire organization and experience working with senior leaders across the firm to leverage technology to drive positive business outcomes

AWS Tech Lead duties:

Lead and participate in the design, architecture, and development of solutions using modern cloud-based architecture and tools

Accountable for redesigning legacy systems from on-prem to cloud-based solutions.
