Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud & GitHub Platform Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Azure DevOps, GitHub migration, GitHub Enterprise administration, and advanced GitHub Actions platform engineering.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks across Microsoft Azure and GitHub. This role involves close collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery, improve system reliability, and enforce security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage GitHub Enterprise Cloud and GitHub Enterprise Server.

• Create and manage GitHub Actions workflows using YAML.

• Design and implement reusable workflows and composite actions.

• Automate pipeline and workflow creation using GitHub APIs, templates, and automation frameworks.

• Implement secure authentication using GitHub Apps, OAuth Apps, and GitHub authentication models.

• Configure OIDC federation, Microsoft Entra ID, service principals, and role-based access control (RBAC).

• Integrate Azure services with GitHub Actions for secure deployments.

• Lead Azure DevOps-to-GitHub migration initiatives.

• Design enterprise-wide GitHub Actions frameworks and establish reusable workflow standards.

• Automate pipeline generation and support enterprise repository management.

• Manage GitHub Enterprise governance, security, compliance, and organizational policies.

• Implement SSO integration with Microsoft Entra ID and enforce MFA.

• Configure branch protection rules, repository rulesets, secret scanning, Dependabot, and least-privilege access controls.

• Support platform automation, developer onboarding, and repository management.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve delivery efficiency and system reliability.
