Role Summary
CG Infinity is seeking an Azure Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize the Microsoft cloud ecosystem. This role serves as the primary administrator for Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, identity management, cloud security controls, and collaboration platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Azure administration, Microsoft 365 administration, cloud networking, and identity and access management. The position focuses on ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and governance of the cloud environment while enabling a productive and secure digital workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Azure Infrastructure Administration

• Configure and manage Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), subnets, network peering, routing, and connectivity solutions.
• Implement and maintain Azure security technologies including:
  • Azure Firewall
  • Network Security Groups (NSGs)
  • Application Gateway
  • Web Application Firewall (WAF)
  • Private Endpoints
  • DDoS Protection
• Monitor and optimize Azure performance, availability, scalability, and cost management.
• Manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, governance policies, and resource lifecycle activities.
• Configure and support hybrid connectivity solutions including VPN Gateway and ExpressRoute.
• Troubleshoot Azure networking, performance, and connectivity issues.
• Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment automation initiatives using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including:
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Microsoft Entra ID
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, licensing, and group administration.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 security, governance, and compliance controls.
• Implement Conditional Access policies and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Manage mail flow, email security, anti-spam policies, and mailbox administration.
• Support Microsoft Intune and endpoint management initiatives.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and platform performance.
• Evaluate and deploy Microsoft 365 enhancements, updates, and new technologies.

Identity, Security & Governance

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity governance processes.
• Perform security assessments of cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Monitor Microsoft Defender, Azure security alerts, and cloud security posture.
• Support audit readiness, compliance initiatives, and governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain administrative standards, procedures, and technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience administering Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Azure Networking
  • Azure Security Services
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online
• Experience implementing RBAC, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Microsoft Defender.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel.
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies.
• PowerShell automation experience.

Education & Certifications
Required:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate
