B Shift ICQA Associate

Pay: $21.75 per hour

Schedule: Friday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

About the Role

The ICQA (Inventory Control & Quality Assurance) Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy within a distribution warehouse. This role involves performing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, auditing locations, and supporting inventory control processes to ensure high standards of inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits throughout the warehouse
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Verify product locations and inventory quantities
• Assist with inventory investigations and root cause analysis
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, as needed
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory information
• Support warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with inventory accuracy standards
• Follow all safety procedures and inventory control guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (up to 40 lbs for Tier 4)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a distribution center environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Ability to work overtime or non-standard hours as necessary
• Successfully pass a basic math assessment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations
• Forklift experience

• Warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Material handling equipment, including forklifts

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (up to 40 lbs for Tier 4)
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a distribution center environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
