What You'll Do:
- Drive business growth through outbound calls (about 50 per day) to create valuable business-to-business relationships
- Implement innovative marketing strategies, including e-campaigns, direct mail, and drip marketing
- Collaborate with the outside sales team by providing marketing insights and intelligence reports
- Build custom target lists and lead the way in planning and presenting our safety solutions to decision-makers like safety managers, architects, and contractors
- Get hands-on field sales experience by shadowing our outside sales team, learning customer engagement first-hand
- Stay organized by updating the customer and leading database with your progress
- Learn about our full product line, our industry, and all aspects of our clientâs business to become a trusted resource in fall protection solutions
- Perform additional tasks to support the General Manager, National Sales Manager, and other leaders
Requirements
What Weâre Looking For:
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who is eager to uncover opportunities and drive results
- A bachelorâs degree in Sales, Marketing, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred, but not requiredâyour attitude and drive matter most!
- Solid computer skills (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to adapt and learn quickly in an evolving, high-growth environment
