Southeastern Insurance Group is expanding in North Georgia and seeking motivated, highperforming B2B Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This is a field sales role with a tremendous financial opportunity, residual income, and a clear path to leadership and management.
We specialize in supplemental benefits for small and midsized businesses, offering a unique program where clients receive a 100% refund of excess premiums--a major differentiator in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inperson B2B sales visits with small and medium-sized businesses
- Meet with business owners, HR managers, and key decision makers
- Present supplemental insurance and employee benefits solutions in group and 1:1 settings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop a referral-driven book of business
- Manage your pipeline using our proprietary CRM system
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of high performance in sales or customer-facing roles
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- No prior insurance experience required -- we provide full training
