Bachelor's Degree preferred Proven experience in rental sales, outside sales, business development, or territory sales, preferably in pumps, industrial equipment, construction equipment, or related markets Familiarity with Godwin pump applications, dewatering, bypass pumping, temporary pumping systems, or fluid handling solutions preferred Strong proficiency in CRM and business management software such as Salesforce Strong analytical, problem-solving, and opportunity assessment skills Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities Demonstrated ability to identify and convert business opportunities into revenue Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 plus bonus. The representative identifies new opportunities, manages existing accounts, and works closely with operations and service teams to deliver responsive, reliable rental solutions that meet customer needs.
