We are one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. and this may be your opportunity to join us!Job DescriptionDuration: 1 year contractPosition: BAExperience – 5 to 8 yearsLocation is Jersey City/Mid Town – NJCan do only W2Business Analysts to manage the below regulatory initiatives:CCAR Reporting and AnalysisReconciliation for CCAR and other Regulatory initiativesControl implementation into the reporting to avoid downstream data issuesData Lineage to build out reference databaseRegulatory Reporting upgrade to new systemBusiness Analyst dutiesClient is looking for candidates within Regulatory Program FPO team. Need to have individuals to drive the reporting standards for Federal Mandates, with key focus on functional design, specifications, and deployment of Finance system initiatives.Plans, conducts and manages reconciliations and controls in line with defined approaches including risk and control self-assessment.Initiates independent reviews to identify, document and manage reconciliation and control issues, ensuring follow-up and mitigation.Responsible for defining, developing and generating metrics (KRIs, KPIs, etc.) on performance and compliance with reconciliation and control framework.Responsible for accurate reporting from range of source tools and systems on a regular and ad-hoc basisGather and document business process workflows for both future and historical states across specific business functions.Interface with all levels of management to investigate issues and determine the root cause.Analyze user requirements and business processes.Develop functional specification for delivery to IT.Perform System Testing to ensure that development is in line with functional specification.Liaise with the users for User Acceptance Testing and migration testing up to successful delivery of end product.Ensure on-time quality delivery of all activities assigned.Liaise with counterparts in business groups, IT and PMO organizations in New York, New Jersey, London and Paris.For new implementations investigate system related issues with users, and hand over to the Production Support Team within a reasonable time frame.Provide as needed to Subject Matter Expertise for Finance processes & systemsWhen requested - on a rotating basis work on production support.Continue to drive reporting automation for IHC - CCAR regulatory reporting including UAT, Reconciliation, Controls, and Reference DataHardware/Software RequirementsBachelor's degree in IT, Finance/Accounting, or both.Experience in writing Finance/Accounting Business requirements documents for delivery to IT.Experience in testing of General Ledger accounting schemas and reporting; including a comprehensive knowledge of general ledger attributes (Balance sheet, Off Balance sheet, P/L).Experience and very strong knowledge of Banking & Capital Markets products.Experience with management accounting reporting.Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.Hands on Excel/VBA/Access.Data Analysis, SQL, Data Reconciliation ideally in Banking/Brokerage Settings.Special Requirements:SQL and Data Reconciliation with Brokerage and Trading DesksQualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Finance/Accounting, or both.Additional InformationThanksWarm RegardsHarshad732-429-1922I'm interested
