Job Responsibilities
Key Job Responsibilities
- Front-line site security and entry: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, contractors, and carriers while enforcing site safety, security protocols, and managing facility access control.
- Shipping and logistics management: Process outbound carrier check-ins and check-outs, verify shipment details, print bills of lading, coordinate visitor arrivals, and utilize business systems to manage appointments, trailer locations, and transportation records.
- Operational support and customer service: Maintain accurate facility logs, deliver professional customer service, resolve or escalate operational issues, and work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
Candidate Requirements
- Education and core qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and experience with basic computer functions.
- Preferred operational experience: Background in customer service, manufacturing, transportation, shipping/receiving, warehouse, security, or administrative roles.
- Preferred technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, or enterprise software such as D365, CarrierPoint, and Sine Pro.
