Position Summary
We're hiring experienced, hospitality-driven backwaiters to join our front-of-house team at the Kindred Hospitality Restaurant Group. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment suited to servers who take pride in genuine hospitality, deep menu knowledge, and creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.

About Us
Albertine is an upscale restaurant and part of a growing local restaurant group, with several other restaurants in the area owned by Joe & Katy Kindred. Our culinary team has earned numerous James Beard Foundation nominations along with other national and local accolades. We're known for seasonally-driven menus, craft beer and cocktail programs, and stellar wine lists — and we're looking for backwaiters who bring the same level of care to the guest experience that our kitchen brings to the plate.


Responsibilities

• Assist servers with food and beverage service.
  
  
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
  
  
• Refill water glasses and anticipate guest needs.
  
  
• Run food and assist with delivering dishes to tables.
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service stations.
  
  
• Stock glassware, silverware, linens, and other service supplies.
  
  
• Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required; upscale or fine dining experience strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol per NC state law
