We've built a reputation on bagels that are actually worth eating — boiled, baked, and made from scratch every single morning. We're looking for someone who takes that seriously.

What you'll be doing:

• Arriving early (4am) and getting the kitchen ready for the day

• Mixing dough, shaping bagels, boiling and baking to order — every morning before we open

• Keeping prep stations clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift

• Helping with schmear and topping prep as needed

• Communicating with the front-of-house team so the line keeps moving

You're a good fit if you:

• Have experience in a kitchen, bakery, or food prep environment (preferred but not required)

• Are a reliable early riser — this shift starts at 4am, no exceptions

• Take pride in consistency and doing things the right way

• Can stay focused and move efficiently during a busy morning rush

• Are available Tuesday through Sunday

Pay & perks:

• $15–$18/hr depending on experience
