We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Baker to join our team at Kindred Hospitality. This position is responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including doughnuts, cookies, biscuits, cupcakes, and other bakery items.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake doughnuts, cookies, biscuits, cupcakes, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, frostings, and toppings
- Assist with decorating and finishing baked goods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Stock ingredients and communicate inventory needs
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently to meet daily production needs
Qualifications:
- Baking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and production schedules
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability for early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18/hr
