Baker Requirements:

• Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Self-driven and flexible with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a guest driven high-volume restaurant environment
• Demonstrated commitment to Golden Corral's Mission, Values, and Beliefs 
• Experience in food preparation preferred, but not required

Baker Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods including rolls, desserts, and specialty items 
• Follow recipes and production standards to ensure quality, freshness, and consistency 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following food safety guidelines 
• Support team operations and provide friendly assistance to guests as needed
