Must be able to start work at 3:00 AM and maintain reliable attendance.

Previous bakery or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.
Job Responsibilities
Arrive at 3:00 AM to begin preparing fresh baked products before store opening.
Bake donuts, bagels, muffins, cookies, and other products according to company recipes and quality standards.
Prepare, proof, finish, and stock baked goods for display.
Fetch frozen products and baking supplies from the freezer as needed.
Organize and maintain the freezer, ensuring proper product rotation (FIFO), labeling, cleanliness, and inventory organization.
Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized bakery work area.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Communicate with team members and management regarding inventory needs and production levels.
Assist with additional kitchen and store duties as assigned.
