About the Role:
Tous Les Jours in Vacaville, CA is looking for a passionate Baker Production Associate to join our team! If you love the art of baking and want to be part of a warm, welcoming bakery environment, this is the perfect opportunity to turn your passion into a career.

We are hiring a part-time baker production associate who can work on the weekend including holiday. The shift hour is from 4:00 AM-12:30 PM. Relevant experience preferred. Please email to www.tljcavaville@gmail.com.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality o
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results
• Decorate and finish baked goods with icings, glazes, and toppings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production workspace in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and supplies

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a bakery, food production, or related culinary environment preferred
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to follow recipes and production schedules with precision and consistency
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
