Bakery Prep & Service Team Member

Croix Bakehouse | Frisco, TX

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Croix Bakehouse is an artisan bakery specializing in sourdough breads, croissants, pastries, and focaccia sandwiches.

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and motivated team members to handle bakery preparation and daily service operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, takes pride in their work, and works well with others. Training will be provided.

We are considering one or two team members, depending on candidate availability and staffing needs.

Applicants may choose to be considered for 2 or 4 days per week, based on their availability and our staffing needs.

Available Shifts:

• Monday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM | Bakery Prep
  

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM | Bakery Prep
  

• Wednesday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM | Bakery Service
  

• Thursday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM | Bakery Service
  

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

Applicants interested in working only two days per week are welcome to apply. Please indicate which days you are available.

Bakery Prep Monday & Tuesday

• Prepare ingredients, fillings, creams, toppings, and other bakery components following established recipes.
  

• Measure, portion, and organize ingredients and supplies.
  

• Complete assigned daily preparation tasks accurately and on schedule.
  

• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations.
  

Bakery Service Wednesday & Thursday

• Prepare focaccia sandwiches following established recipes and quality standards.
  

• Package pastries, breads, sandwiches, and customer orders.
  

• Prepare and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
  

• Restock ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies.
  

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and equipment.
  

• Maintain clean and organized workstations and service areas.
  

• Complete assigned opening and closing tasks.
  

• Prepare additional bakery ingredients and components as needed.
  

• Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food preparation environment is a plus.
  

• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  

• Ability to work independently after training.
  

• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Team-oriented, responsible, and dependable.
  

• Available to work at least two of the scheduled days.
  

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 2 or 4 days per week, depending on availability and staffing needs.

Hours: Approximately 12 29 scheduled hours per week, depending on assigned shifts.
