Farmland LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Bakery Supervisor to lead our talented team in Wakefield, MA! Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily bakery operations
• Train, mentor, and motivate bakery staff to maintain high performance and quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of ingredients and supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Maintain quality control standards and address any production or product issues promptly
• Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and day-to-day team management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of bakery experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification a plus)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
