Duties

Valmeyer CUSD #3 is seeking a passionate and dedicated music educator to join our school family as our Band and Chorus teacher for students in grades 5 through 12, along with General Music for our youngest learners in grades K through 3.

The ideal candidate will hold appropriate Illinois teaching licensure. We know that outstanding educators sometimes come to us from across the river, so if you are a Missouri applicant, please know that our District is glad to assist you in attaining your Illinois licensure upon hire.

The district offers a comprehensive benefits package along with Board paid TRS. Factoring in available stipend opportunities, first year teachers may gross in excess of $66,000 annually if hired.
