Work you'll do

We are seeking a Banking Operations Contractor to support a data transformation initiative focused on digital asset management. The contractor will bring banking operations expertise to help improve processes, support compliance, and enable efficient use of technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of banking operations strategies, processes, and procedures.
• Analyze operational workflows and data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with project teams and stakeholders to support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Contribute to digital asset management and data transformation activities.
• Support automation and process optimization using technology.
• Provide team members with guidance on banking operations practices and procedures.
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in banking operations, process improvement, or data transformation.
• Familiarity with operational controls, compliance requirements, and banking policies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting automation or technology-enabled process improvements.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $55-$60 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
