Job Description:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy experience, including complex Chapter 11 matters.
Proven ability to represent a wide range of stakeholders—secured creditors, unsecured creditors, committees, Chapter 7 trustees, and debtors.
Strong background in workouts, restructurings, asset protection strategies, and document review for distressed clients across multiple industries.
Skilled in drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, proofs of claim, and other bankruptcy-related filings.
Experience providing courtroom support, attending creditor meetings, and communicating effectively with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local Counsel, and Debtors’ Attorneys.
Licensed to practice in Texas, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong judgment, and high professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain strong academic and professional credentials.
