We are seeking a skilled Bankruptcy Attorney to join our legal team. As a Bankruptcy Attorney, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the bankruptcy process, providing legal advice, and representing them in court proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bankruptcy law and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with filing for bankruptcy and creating repayment plans
Provide legal representation in bankruptcy court hearings
Conduct research on bankruptcy laws and regulations
Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients
Advise clients on the best course of action based on their financial situation
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar association
Proven experience in bankruptcy law
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
