Banner ERP Support Analyst

Overview
Client is seeking a Banner Software / CRM Support Analyst to join its Global Support Team. In this role, you will provide high-quality front-line support for Banner Human Resources customers, leveraging strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to resolve functional and basic technical issues.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers to support Banner Human Resources, Employee Self Service, and related applications, while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities
• Provide in-depth functional and basic technical support for Banner, Colleague, and Employee Self Service applications using strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Document issues within the approved tracking system and manage incidents through resolution.
• Maintain working knowledge of current Banner and Colleague application versions and functionality.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers while building credibility across diverse audiences.
• Follow established guidelines and industry best practices to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Provide prompt and consistent follow-up on unresolved issues and accurately record all actions within the help desk system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior analysts and management when appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with internal staff and contribute as an active member of the support team.
• Manage multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy.
• Maintain a solid understanding of Banner Human Resources, Colleague, and Employee Self Service processes, tools, and new functionality.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
• Strong understanding of Banner Human Resources and Employee Self Service products, including setup and functionality, with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve functional and technical application issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work closely and collaboratively with team members.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
• Experience leading interactive Zoom video sessions, phone calls, and Slack communications with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Work Details
• Ability to work flexible hours supporting customers across Eastern through Pacific time zones.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
