- 2 years or more of experience with Ellucian Banner for higher-education admissions and student record processing.
- Proficiency in TargetX CRM for applicant records, review queues, checklists, statuses, and admissions workflows.
- Experience with BusinessCAS or other centralized application systems, including document loading and file processing.
- Experience in transcript review, GPA recalculation, English proficiency verification, and international applicant requirements.
- Experience with FERPA compliance, PII handling, data entry accuracy, record verification, and proofreading.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Process graduate admissions applications and supporting documents in Banner, TargetX, and related university platforms.
- Load application materials from the CAS platform and manage the technical processing of incoming files.
- Maintain applicant records, checklists, statuses, and review queues to keep downstream admissions processes accurate.
- Evaluate transcripts, academic history, GPA calculations, and international credentials to confirm admissions eligibility.
- Manage the admissions inbox and answer applicant questions by phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare correspondence on missing materials, credential evaluations, admissions requirements, and application status.
