Banquet Bartender- On Call

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Banquet Bartender to join our team on an on-call basis to provide exceptional service to guests during special events like weddings, corporate functions, and parties. The Banquet Bartender will be responsible for crafting and serving drinks, engaging with guests in a courteous and professional manner, and ensuring a memorable experience for all event participants.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience as a bartender, with a preference for experience in banquet or event environments.
- Proficiency in a diverse range of beverages and cocktail recipes.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Capacity to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting.
- Keen attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking.
- Holding a TIPS or equivalent certification is advantageous.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve an array of beverages to guests following set recipes.
- Engage with guests warmly and professionally.
- Take drink orders accurately and communicate them promptly to bar or kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
- Supervise and manage beverage and supply inventory.
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions precisely.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure top-notch guest service consistently.
