Banquet Bartender

Responsible for preparing and serving beverages at banquet events while providing excellent guest service. Maintains a clean and organized bar area, follows all alcohol service laws and safety standards, monitors beverage inventory, and ensures a positive guest experience throughout each event.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down bar stations before and after events.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient guest service.

• Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

• Monitor beverage inventory and notify management of low stock.

• Process payments accurately, when applicable.

• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

• Communicate with banquet staff and management to ensure smooth event operations.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
