Responsibilities
Set up various types of events, making necessary adjustments as per Event Orders
Execute different styles of service, including tray pass, buffet, plated, and more
Break down event areas and complete related tasks
Attend meetings to stay aligned with event details and updates
Fulfill additional requests and complete assigned side work as needed

Previous experience in catering or banquet service

Work Environment and Conditions
This role requires attendance at client events at a variety of venues often outside of normal business hours and throughout the Greater Atlanta area.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedules and client needs.
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and organized approach.
Physical requirements
Constant standing and walking
Occasional stooping, kneeling and crawling
Frequent ascending or descending of ladders, stairs and/or ramps
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours per shift
Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing and rotation of the spine, elbows and wrists
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs, i.e. case of wine, full ice buckets, etc
Must be able to listen and speak, for both guest, client and team member interaction
Constant use of POS/Computer systems
Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
