The Hilton Daytona Beach is looking for responsible and motivated service professionals to join its banquet team. This is a PART TIME position. Hours vary based on events. Weekends are a must.
As a Banquet Server / Bartender, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
Relay banquet requests to the appropriate person.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.
Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
Prepare & serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons.
Requirements:
Exceptional listening and communication skills.
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
A polite, engaging personality.
Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
