Banquet Server

Manchester Country Club, located in Bedford, NH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Banquet Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Must have 1 years of related experience in F&B
• Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws
• Must have food and beverage/ a la carte and banquet experience
• Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have strong service orientation
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the correct policies and procedures
• Assist with banquet set-up and breakdown of tables, decoration, equipment, serving areas and related activities in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events/a la carte dining
• Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requests
• Responsible for serving clients during events (refilling drinks, delivering food, bussing tables, etc.)
• Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor
