Banquet Server

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Banquet Server to join our team. The Banquet Server will be responsible for setting up banquet events, serving food and beverages to guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction during events.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet events according to the event plan.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper setup of event spaces.
- Communicate effectively with the event coordinator and kitchen staff.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Assist with cleaning and breakdown of the event space after the event.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
