We’re seeking a dependable, guest-focused Banquet Team Member to join our team! Depending on your interests and experience, you may choose to pursue a role as an AM/PM BQT Server or BQT Houseman. Your preferred position can be discussed with our Food & Beverage Director during the interview.
To support banquet events as a Banquet Team Member. You’ll help prepare event spaces, serve food and beverages, maintain a clean and organized environment, and assist with setup and breakdown to ensure each event runs smoothly.
Here are the positions we’re currently looking to fill:
AM/PM Banquet Server:
- Set tables and service stations according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Respond to guest requests and communicate special needs to the event team.
- Clear dishes, reset tables, and maintain clean service areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service procedures.
Banquet Houseman:
- Set up, arrange, and break down tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and other event equipment.
- Move and store equipment safely using proper lifting techniques.
- Keep banquet rooms, storage areas, and service hallways clean and organized.
- Assist with room flips and last-minute event changes.
- Report damaged equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality, food service, or event experience preferred; training may be provided.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Able to follow instructions, work efficiently, and adapt to changing event needs.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and lifting or moving event equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet applicable requirements for serving alcohol, if relevant.
Work Environment:
This role involves working in a fast-paced event setting, with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Schedules may vary based on event bookings.
