BAZZA is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our dynamic bar operations and team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in upscale casual dining to our vibrant New York location, where you'll manage all aspects of our bar service while maintaining exceptional standards and fostering a positive team environment.

About the Role:
As Bar Manager, you will oversee daily bar operations, staff scheduling, and inventory management while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing bar staff and floor operations with strong leadership and mentorship
• Overseeing inventory control, ordering, and cost management
• Creating and maintaining staff schedules
• Operating Toast POS systems and managing point-of-sale processes
• Crafting quality cocktails and maintaining bartending excellence
• Training and developing bartending staff to upscale dining standards
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:
You bring 2+ years of bar management experience in upscale casual dining environments with proven leadership abilities. You're proficient in Toast POS, skilled at inventory and schedule management, and capable of both executing and teaching quality bartending techniques. Full-time availability is required.
