What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor bar staff, ensuring high standards of service and product knowledge
  
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost control
  
• Assist the General Manager with daily operations
  
• Support training initiatives and maintain consistent brand standards
  
• Contribute to team problem-solving and help drive business goals
  
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
