Bring your creativity, mixology expertise, and leadership skills to Sool Bar and Lounge! We’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager who enjoys leading by example, creating memorable guest experiences, and helping a bar grow.


This is an opportunity to take an active role behind the bar while shaping our cocktail offerings, supporting our team, and bringing fresh ideas to the venue.


What You’ll Do

• Manage daily bar operations while providing attentive, welcoming service.
  
  
• Lead, train, and support bartenders and service staff.
  
  
• Create and prepare cocktails with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation.
  
  
• Develop seasonal cocktails and menu ideas that reflect Sool’s vision.
  
  
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  
  
• Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and uphold responsible alcohol service standards.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of bartending and mixology experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern cocktail techniques.
  
  
• A collaborative leader with clear communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
  
  
• Someone who takes initiative, brings creative ideas, and stays organized during busy service.
  
  
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
  

Compensation & Opportunity


You will earn tips in addition to your base pay, with opportunities to contribute creatively and grow with the business. Tip earnings vary based on shifts and business volume.
