POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Barback, you play an important role in supporting our bar team and creating a great experience for every guest. You’ll help keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked while working closely with bartenders and fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, and we take pride in creating a supportive environment where everyone works together like family. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Keep the bar fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other necessary supplies.
• Help with opening and closing duties, including setting up, breaking down, restocking, and organizing bar stations.
• Work closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to maintain smooth service and a positive work environment.

WORK PREPARNESS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to perform essential job functions in a high-volume environment with frequent movement and changing priorities.
• Work in confined or high-traffic areas while safely navigating around guests and team members.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25–50 lbs., including cases, kegs, ice, and supplies.
• TABC and Food Handler Certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire
