Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend styles that suit them.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest grooming trends and techniques to offer innovative services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat visits.
• Promote and sell grooming products and memberships to enhance the client experience.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior barbers as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive salon culture.

Requirements:

• Valid barbering license in the state of Kansas.
• Proven experience in a barbering or grooming environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Passion for the grooming industry and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Knowledge of grooming products and techniques is a plus.
